The GMR Marketing team is a collective of sports and media partnership architects, creating impactful strategies for GMR’s client roster while supporting agency growth through proactive engagement with prospective clients. We operate across the full partnership lifecycle, from portfolio strategy and brand positioning to partner selection, negotiation, activation, and measurement. As Account Director, you will lead sports and media partnership consulting and account management for a diverse portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Vice President, you’ll act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on leader—translating client objectives into effective partnership strategies, shaping long-term roadmaps, and delivering clear, compelling recommendations to senior stakeholders. In this role, you’ll serve as the day-to-day lead on accounts, driving strategy and execution across sports partnerships. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, manage client and partner relationships, and deliver performance insights to optimize results. You’ll also contribute to business development by supporting research and helping craft strategic responses to new opportunities.
