RetailNext is looking for an all-star Mid-Market Account Director to join our Sales team, focused on selling to Small to Medium Business (SMB) retailers. You'll work alongside Enterprise Account Directors and the broader RetailNext team to grow existing SMB accounts, win new customers, and hit quarterly sales targets at strong margins. The right fit has a strong work ethic, takes coaching well, and turns feedback into action fast. You're a self-starter who drives revenue and builds the client base without being told twice, and you can evangelize the RetailNext platform with real conviction. You stay motivated through the full sales cycle, from first cold call to signed contract. This is a chance to help build a fast-growing, startup-paced sales org — you'll own your pipeline end to end and see the direct impact of your work on the business.
