About The Position

This role combines senior client relationship ownership with hands-on leadership of media strategy and performance. The Account Director will act as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients, driving multi-channel demand generation campaigns that deliver measurable results across the full funnel. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including media, GTM engineering, and demand capture, to align paid, organic, and AI-optimized strategies with client objectives. The position requires translating complex business goals into actionable media strategies, overseeing execution, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. This is an opportunity to influence both strategic direction and operational execution while mentoring team members and contributing to process improvements. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential for navigating client needs and internal priorities in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in a B2B marketing agency, consultancy, or in-house role with agency exposure.
  • Proven experience owning client relationships and managing multi-channel demand generation programs for B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Strong expertise in paid media strategy and performance marketing, with a track record of driving measurable results.
  • Experience collaborating with analytics, RevOps, or marketing operations teams.
  • Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar BI platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strategic thinker with a systems-oriented approach, balanced by attention to execution quality.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts, building long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead development and execution of multi-channel media strategies aligned to client goals, ICPs, and revenue targets.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, paid social, and emerging B2B platforms.
  • Manage media budgets, vendor relationships, and external partners, ensuring pacing, forecasting, and budget performance are communicated to clients.
  • Partner with GTM Engineering and analytics teams to ensure reporting, CRM, and attribution systems accurately reflect performance and revenue impact.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery of client projects, providing mentorship and guidance to media and account teams.
  • Analyze performance data, surface insights, guide optimization, and inform strategic decisions to drive measurable outcomes.
