This is a HYBRID position, 1-2 days in office - Our office is located in the flatiron district in New York, NY We’re looking for an Account Director with a passion for omnichannel marketing, a propensity to solve complex business challenges, exceptional attention to detail, and strong leadership skills. The candidate should be a self-motivated leader who can successfully manage multiple priorities while providing proactive client communication, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business results. This senior-level role will be a leading member of our Client Services team and collaborate with internal Customer Intelligence, Creative, SEO, Paid Media, Direct Mail, Email, and Analytics teams. The primary function of the Account Director is to serve as the strategic lead across all agency channels, driving client success through proactive communication, marketing strategy, KPI achievement, and profitable account growth. The Account Director will independently manage the most complex accounts at Amsive with limited need for hands-on supervision or guidance, overseeing program execution and be accountable for overall account health, client retention, financial performance, and long-term account growth. The Account Director will assist in onboarding new clients, manage their existing portfolio, develop strategic growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams. Additionally, the Account Director should have a deep understanding of the omnichannel marketing landscape, and Amsive's full suite of services in order to identify opportunities and deliver strategic recommendations. This role also provides leadership through direct management of junior Client Services team members while mentoring cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional client service and delivery.
