The Account Development Specialist is responsible for supporting new and existing customers through referral management, cold calling/prospecting, and working with interdepartmental teams to identify additional sales opportunities across the organization. This individual will work closely with Account Managers, Regional Field Leaders including the Virtual Care Team to ensure all opportunities and key metrics are achieved within their respective coverage areas. In order to be successful in this role, this Account Development Specialist will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, along with strong interpersonal communication skills. FOX is looking to hire three full-time Account Development Specialists to join the team.
