We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development & Inside Sales Representative to drive profitable growth within the Heat Exchanger market across North America. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on sales execution. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with key customers, and managing the complete sales process from opportunity identification through quotation, order entry, and post-sales support. Working closely with Account Managers, Technical Marketing, Product Management, Production Units, and Quality teams, you will play a critical role in establishing Alleima as the preferred tubing supplier for heat exchanger fabricators, OEMs, EPC contractors, and end users. As an Account Development Sales Representative, you will be at the center of both market development and daily commercial operations. You will engage directly with customers to understand their business drivers, identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience throughout the sales cycle. You will combine commercial acumen, technical understanding, and relationship-building skills to drive profitable growth while supporting customers throughout project development, quotation, order fulfillment, and aftermarket activities.
