Account Development Representative (New Jersey)
About The Position
The Account Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business within an assigned geographic territory by soliciting dental offices. This role involves maintaining a high level of prospecting activity, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining product knowledge, updating databases, preparing marketing materials, and managing a company vehicle. Additionally, the role includes picking up and delivering dental cases and performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in field sales.
- Previous sales experience required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Position requires 90% travel.

Responsibilities
- Receives customer leads and solicits dental offices in-person to generate new business.
- Maintains a high level of prospecting activity to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Networks with existing customers to cross-sell and upsell products and understand customer needs.
- Builds and maintains strong customer relationships through calls and visits.
- Maintains strong knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensures databases are current and updated with accurate customer information.
- Prepares and maintains sample boxes and marketing materials.
- Maintains cleanliness of company vehicle.
- Reports and reconciles credit card receipts with Accounting.
- Picks up and delivers dental cases as needed.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require.
