PracticeTek is seeking a motivated Account Development Representative I - Payments to join their team. This role involves revolutionizing healthcare practices with technology solutions. The company is a leading North American retail-healthcare tech provider, offering a comprehensive suite of services including pre-encounter workflows, practice management, analytics, digital intake forms, marketing tools, EHRs, and payment systems to over 40,000 clinics worldwide. PracticeTek serves Chiropractic, Wellbeing, Vision, and Dental providers with a mission to make retail healthcare practices effortless. Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and confidently handle objections.
  • Proven prospecting and qualification skills in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and consistently execute in a performance-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools preferred.
  • Sales experience in software, SaaS, healthcare technology, or a related industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified healthcare practice prospects through outbound calls, email outreach, and follow-up activities within an assigned territory.
  • Communicate the value of PracticeTek’s integrated payment solutions and software offerings by overcoming objections, building rapport, and identifying customer needs.
  • Utilize sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and RingCentral to maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline visibility, and prospect engagement.
  • Partner closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting through onboarding and implementation.
  • Participate actively in sales training, coaching sessions, and team collaboration opportunities to continuously improve sales performance and industry knowledge.
