About The Position

Join a high-growth delivery partner program and get paid to build relationships, drive business growth, and make an impact in your local community. We're looking for a motivated, people-focused sales professional to recruit local businesses into an innovative delivery partner network across the Dallas market. This is a field-based role where you'll engage business owners face-to-face, build relationships, guide qualified partners through the onboarding process, and earn uncapped commissions for every successful conversion.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
• Proven outside sales, field sales, territory sales, or door-to-door experience
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Comfortable with local travel throughout the Dallas market

Nice To Haves

• Closing or negotiation experience
• Bilingual Spanish (highly preferred)
• Hindi language skills a plus
• Experience with Excel and CRM data management
• Familiarity with the Dallas business community

Responsibilities

• Prospect and visit local businesses throughout the Dallas area to introduce the program and generate interest.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers through in-person outreach.
• Qualify potential partners and guide them through the application and onboarding process.
• Manage your pipeline and activities in Salesforce.
• Collaborate on community outreach events, networking opportunities, and local business initiatives.
• Partner with chambers of commerce, economic development groups, and community influencers to generate referrals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure a smooth partner experience.
• Consistently achieve recruitment goals and maximize commission earnings.
