Account Coordinator

Hanson Inc.Columbus, OH

About The Position

Hanson, an integrated marketing agency focused on technology-enabled solutions, is seeking an Account Coordinator to support our Account Management team and growing roster of clients. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment. The Account Coordinator will help support the successful execution of primarily creative and digital marketing-focused projects through project coordination, schedule management, internal communication, financial tracking and day-to-day client support. Working closely with Account Directors and other senior team members, this role will help ensure projects are set up for success, internal processes are followed, and teams have the information they need to deliver quality work efficiently and effectively. The position includes a mix of ongoing responsibilities and ad hoc support across multiple accounts and initiatives. While prior agency experience is helpful, candidates do not need deep expertise in creative, branding, digital or web development disciplines to succeed in this role. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, eager to learn, and comfortable balancing structured processes with changing priorities. The Account Coordinator is part of Hanson’s Account Management team and reports to an Account Director.
