About The Position

We are looking for a Personal Lines Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and obtain your insurance license while making a meaningful impact on our clients and team. This is a full-time position and the typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30pm. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. You’ll also support business activities and you will work closely with the team to achieve shared goals, nurture relationships with clients, and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards are met. By maintaining accurate client and policy data within Gallagher systems and using our technology to improve productivity, you’ll help us deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  • A desire to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • The ability to adapt to shifting priorities and maintain resilience.
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work with colleagues across teams.
  • Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • An associate’s degree, professional certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare summaries of insurance and proof of insurance documents.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and auto ID cards in Epic.
  • Assist with quoting, reviewing, and summarizing new and renewal policies.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, handling policy transmittals and summaries.
  • Work with carriers to monitor quotes, identify gaps, and support negotiations.
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records in Epic, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Build strong relationships with carriers and assist in researching industry trends.
  • Support accounting processes, including reviewing A/R reports and resolving system-related matters.
