SUMMARY The Account Coordinator will assist with the management, maintenance, and renewal of high-profile sponsor accounts as well as provide administrative and departmental support. Account servicing may include assistance with the implementation, creation, and facilitation of promotions related to hospitality, community programs, media, and signage for all clients. The individual will use independent judgment to prioritize and prepare recaps, book travel arrangements, prepare and edit correspondence, handle incoming correspondence and special requests. It is critical that the Account Coordinator has the ability and emotional maturity to exercise good judgment regarding confidential matters and hold high regard for ethical behavior. The individual should think proactively and suggest new ways to contribute to the team and clientele. The Account Coordinator, Partnership Marketing will report to the Vice President, Partnership Marketing.
