About The Position

This is a contract position for an Account Clerk located in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves working onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with 7.5-hour days. The position requires more than 5 years of experience.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience
  • Prior recordkeeping & bookkeeping experience
  • Accounts payable/voucher processing experience
  • Prior experience with budget preparation and control assistance
  • Prior experience with financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Procurement & contract knowledge
  • Able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
  • Candidate must be eligible to be bonded

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with PeopleSoft Financials
  • Prior experience with auditing systems
