About The Position

The Account-based Marketing Automation Manager will be the SME, technology strategist and in-platform practitioner across our account-based marketing systems, namely 6sense, as well as future systems that support ABM. In addition, this person will support new technology assessments & drive tech pilots including any integrations and process management across other MarTech systems such as Marketo & Salesforce. They are also responsible for guiding our global marketing organization on how to leverage our ABM technologies and automations to support campaigns and generate pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience building complex workflows and translating business requirement into logic
  • Experience working with backend technical teams & translating technical concepts back to the business
  • Experience building strategic technology roadmaps and guiding marketing teams on technology use and adoption
  • Training and enablement experience
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally with all levels of the organization
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker who drives to business outcomes
  • 2+ years hand-on experience with 6sense and/or other account-based revenue platforms
  • 5+ years working with MAP and CRM, preferably Marketo & SFDC

Responsibilities

  • SME: This person will act as the “go-to” expert on all things 6sense for Veeam, enabling others, documenting best practices, and helping manage our relationship with our critical technology partner
  • MarTech management, process & workflow: maintain and optimize ABM technologies and workflows; build strategies to incorporate roadmap and new to market features
  • Audience Management: This person will guide our campaigns and regional marketing teams to design, build and deploy their audience strategy to support omni-channel programs in 6sense and connected platforms
  • Program Support: This person will work closely with our campaigns, ops, digital, SDR and agency partners to build, launch and optimize engagement programs in and through the 6sense platform
  • ABM Strategy: This person will contribute to our account-based strategy, helping us deploy new best practices across marketing & sales and pilot new approaches, working in lock step with our global campaigns team
  • Platform Governance: This person will oversee management and maintenance of the platform, ensure our teams adopt best practices and our 6sense environment and data remains in top shape
  • Success Measurement: This person will help our teams leverage 6ssense and other platforms to report on the success of our initiatives and identify challenges & opportunities based on our performance
