About The Position

About the Role We are seeking a driven, energetic Account Associate to join our dynamic Insurance team in Whippany, NJ. Key Responsibilities Include Prepare, issue, file, update and manage time-sensitive insurance documents critical to the business, including but not limited to: certifications of insurance, endorsement requests, loss summaries, quotes, binding requests, renewal letters, mod analysis, and many more! Learn industry terminology and commercial insurance coverage basics Conduct research; compile information for Account Managers and Account Executives Participate in off-site carrier, client, and prospect meetings as required Keep insurance filing and database system up to date (Applied Epic) Assist in creating proposals, summary of insurance, and presentations Responsible for billing accurately and timely, audit processing Maintain ongoing communication with clients and industry partners to insure a high-level of customer service Provide backup for other team members during their absence Additional responsibilities as required
