Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to generate leads and support sales goals
  • Establish customer relationships and provide ongoing customer follow-up as needed
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers and recommend appropriate options
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market suitable products and services
  • Deliver reliable service after the sale by maintaining strong communication and addressing customer needs
