Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of insurance experience required, preferably within an agency
  • Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
  • Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers
  • Above average mathematical skills
  • Ability to work in a positive team environment, and independently as appropriate

Responsibilities

  • Support service staff with preparing client deliverables, such as: Issuing Certificates of Insurance, Processing endorsements, Issuing Auto ID cards, Assembling/downloading policy documents, Entering coverage/policy detail into broker management system, Preparing proposal documents, Review accounting/invoicing reports and reconcile, Requesting loss runs from carriers
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence and related scanning
  • Complete data entry as needed
  • Manage other administration tasks as needed
