About The Position

This role supports and manages inventory programs at customer locations while delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for improvement. The Account Asset Specialist will implement and manage crib/inventory programs at customer sites to ensure consistent material availability and minimize downtime for customers. They will monitor, analyze, and maintain inventory levels to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and ensure the right products are on hand when needed. Additionally, they will perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and installed base evaluations to maintain data integrity and support informed decisions. The specialist will identify opportunities to improve inventory flow and standardization to increase efficiency and reduce costs for both the customer and the business. They will also deliver, receive, stock, and replenish materials at customer locations to keep operations running smoothly and maintain service reliability, and promote value-added services and identify product conversion opportunities to enhance customer operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of electrical product experience; Counter sales or industrial maintenance
  • Minimum 21 years old
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette
  • Self-directed, independent work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal and customer contact skills
  • Credible, responsive team-player
  • Reading and math skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Walk warehouse/plant floor
  • Sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Travel required
  • Must have legal status that enables you to work in the U.S. We cannot obtain sponsorship.
