About The Position

Radco is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead a team in their automotive accessory store. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the store team, selling accessories, driving sales and installation results, and providing excellent guest service to create an upbeat, energetic, and professional environment. The primary goal is to ensure thriving guest relationships and high guest satisfaction. A passion for the automotive industry is desired, and while prior automotive experience is a plus, it is not required as outstanding training opportunities are available.

  • Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Team Members in selling and installing accessories to Guests.
  • Achieving sales goals and driving results with sales.
  • Ensuring professional installations that are done right the first time.
  • Consistently creating excellent experiences in the store for Guests.
  • Building strong relationships with commercial and fleet accounts.
  • Overseeing the hiring, training, and development of sales and installation Team Members.
  • Monitoring and handling Store work schedules, Team Member related matters, and store operations.
  • Creating an upbeat, energetic, and professional environment for the Team and Guests.
