Dave Smith Motors is hiring an Accessory Sales associate for our store. As an Accessory Sales associate, you will play an important role in creating a fantastic guest experience at our store. Responsibilities

• Assist with selection of accessories, presentation of protection products and overall guest experience.
• Provide clear, transparent options for our guests to make well-informed decisions.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure that every one of our guests has an unparalleled experience.

Benefits

• Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Monthly Draw.
• Commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
• Production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
