About The Position
The Accessories Sales Associate sells and merchandises OEM and aftermarket products for the dealership. This position plans and forecasts monthly objectives and works in concert with the new, used, parts and service departments to maximize gross profit opportunities. Responsible for supporting the company’s Vision: “Best place to work & Best place for our guests to do business” and Mission: “Build long term relationships with our associates & guests & make a positive difference in our community”.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with computer programs such software relevant to the department.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Merchandises OEM and aftermarket accessory presentational material.
- Ensures proper installation of dealer-installed items prior to delivery.
- Keeps informed on all products and trends in the market.
- Always maintains professionalism
