Landing Gear Technologies (LGT) is an FAA-Certified Repair Station specializing in the repair and overhaul of aircraft landing gears and components. The Accessories Shop Supervisor reports to the Production Manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Accessories Department. This position is accountable for planning, directing, and coordinating departmental activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer delivery commitments, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards. The supervisor will work closely with other departments to minimize delays, improve workflow, and achieve production objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring active participation in the inspection, repair, overhaul, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of components as needed to support production demands. The Accessories Shop Supervisor is responsible for ensuring personnel are properly trained and qualified, that work is performed in accordance with approved technical data and company procedures, and that all required maintenance records and documentation are accurately completed.
