About The Position

The Accessibility Sales Representative will coordinate with branch team members to oversee and complete all Access installation projects. This role is responsible for developing new referral sources and customers through professional presentations to local referral sources and medical personnel, utilizing all appropriate, ethical, and legal avenues to create and maintain business. The representative will complete proper home evaluations to ensure appropriate recommendations for equipment that will best serve the customer’s specific needs, ensuring these evaluations are completed and orders are entered in a timely manner. All necessary customer intake information must be documented and forwarded to the appropriate branch administration. The role also assists in the timely completion of work orders, which may involve research of components, calculation and extension of equipment prices, responding to requests for additional information, and preparation of quotes for customers, referral sources, and insurance companies. Follow-up on work orders is crucial to ensure timely receipt and delivery. The representative is responsible for ensuring proper and timely delivery of equipment to the customer, along with proper customer education regarding equipment use, safety, and financial considerations. They must ensure proper customer education occurs throughout the process and that all necessary documentation and signatures are obtained. Coordination with the Technician or Regional Processing Center is required to prepare equipment for installation or repairs, with follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining knowledge of products, services, techniques, and clinical skills is essential, as is adherence to NSM’s policies and procedures, including Infection Control and Equipment Management policies. Support with quarterly physical inventory count is also required, along with maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
