Requirements
- Ability to create accounts from scheduling appointments.
- Ability to obtain demographic and insurance information.
- Ability to complete all required documentation.
- Ability to prioritize insurance coverages.
- Understanding of how registration data quality impacts revenue/reimbursement time.
Responsibilities
- Create accounts from scheduling appointments.
- Attempt to obtain demographic and insurance information as indicated in the Pre-Registration process.
- Complete all required documentation.
- Prioritize all insurance coverages as primary, secondary, tertiary.
- Ensure quality of registration data collected for the organization impacts revenue/reimbursement time.
