Access Guard
About The Position
LR Associates, LLC is a Veteran-owned federal government contractor providing facilities management and other services to various government customers. We support our customers with highly skilled personnel and provide customized solutions to accomplish the mission. We are seeking Access Guards for our government customer in Quantico, VA. Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience in Access Control, and detailed knowledge of various access control systems. To include, ensuring the integrity and security of data, networks, and access points are secure within organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in Access Control
- Detailed knowledge of various access control systems
- Experience with access control technologies (key systems, biometrics, network access)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse groups of people
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to follow complex procedures and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to stand, walk, lift and move equipment for extended periods
- May be required to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must have fully adjudicated Top Secret/SCI Clearance
