About The Position

Chenega and INSCOM are seeking YOU to become Access Control personnel! Provide professional access control services by screening employees and visitors entering INSCOM-owned or leased facilities. This role helps ensure a safe and secure environment by monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and supporting site security procedures while delivering courteous customer service. Access Control personnel do not perform law enforcement duties and do not have arrest or apprehension authority.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required licenses, certifications, training, and security clearances.
• Valid state driver's license required with no recent history (five years) of illegal drug use.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Professional Readiness: Report in proper uniform with required equipment, maintain assigned gear, and work flexible schedules as needed.
• Communicate Clearly and Accurately: Effectively communicate in person and by radio/phone, follow written instructions, and complete accurate reports.
• Support Customers and Emergency Response: Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and officials, maintain composure under pressure, and assist emergency personnel when directed.
• Follow Safety and Security Procedures: Adhere to company policies, perform duties safely, execute assigned orders, and help protect facilities, equipment, and property.
• Other duties as assigned
