Requirements

Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Proficient Computer Skills (Basic computer knowledge required)
Physical Endurance: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Flexibility: Must be available for weekend shifts
Pass an offsite drug screen and background check
Valid Ohio driver’s license
Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Responsibilities

Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites
Provide security and safety for client property and personnel
Maintain vigilance through frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain
Handle physical demands, including the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Help maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises and patrolling locations
Provide customer service and information to clients, employees, and visitors
