Requirements
- Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions
- Diligent in monitoring and assessing environments
- Ability to adhere to protocols and guidelines
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Be the friendly face and first point of contact
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential
- Physically Capable: Able to sit, stand, walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain
- Flexibility: Must be available for weekend shifts
- Pass a drug screen and background check
- Valid driver's license
- 1–2 years of security experience required
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability
- Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be over the age of 18
