About The Position

Securitas is seeking Access Control Screening Officers to join their Security Team. This role involves observing and reporting activities and incidents at assigned client sites to ensure the security and safety of property and personnel. The position requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods, potentially including climbing stairs and navigating uneven terrain. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be necessary.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Pass a lifetime background and drug test.
Valid Driver's license.
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional demeanor.
Professional appearance: Visible body piercing accessories or visible tattoos are not permitted, unless authorized.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.

Responsibilities

Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site.
Provide for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
