The Acceptance Testing Controls Analyst is responsible for supporting the strategic leadership, operational governance, reporting structure, and document control for the Acceptance Testing Department. This role focuses heavily on acceptance testing documentation, administration, reporting oversight, process standardization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate project records, timely deliverables, and operational consistency across multiple projects. This position serves as a key support partner to Acceptance Testing teams, Document Control, Procurement, Quality, and Commissioning Project Management by tracking reporting requirements, maintaining department records, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction and commissioning environment.
