About The Position
As an Accelerated Solutions Consulting Intern, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of deal integration and value realization, supporting client-facing teams in delivering strategic solutions. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a group that guides clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage, focusing on post-merger integration and value realization. As an Intern, you will engage in learning and gaining exposure to PwC's methodologies, supporting teams with basic tasks and participating in projects that contribute to the team's success. Requirements
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service intern positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application.
- This role is four to six months in duration.

- Supporting teams in delivering deal value through post-merger integration and value realization
- Participating in projects focused on capturing synergies and optimizing operations for successful integration outcomes
- Conducting market research to gather insights and inform strategic decision-making processes
- Assisting in business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Engaging in synergy analysis to evaluate potential benefits from business combinations and mergers
- Contributing to change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions and transformations within organizations
- Collaborating with team members to provide operational advice and improve business performance
- Applying project management skills to assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives
- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity by actively seeking knowledge and understanding of M&A strategies and private equity dynamics
