About The Position

This position is responsible for understanding and following written or verbal instructions to complete work with accuracy and efficiency. The role involves inspecting and auditing product processes, adhering to safety policies, and working collaboratively as part of a team. Effective verbal communication, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work overtime are essential. The job requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, perform moderate to heavy repetitive lifting, and stand for at least nine hours per day. Regular attendance is a requirement.

Requirements

Two to three years of work experience.
Knowledge and application of safe work practices.
Ability to read a tape measure & calipers.
Math & computer skills.
Possess a thorough understanding of all Cabinetworks Group wood character, machining, assembly and finishing.
Distinguish among colors and different species.
Possess basic Microsoft Office and computer capabilities including Excel, Word and LINCs.
Possess a basic knowledge the QMS to promote awareness and use by coworkers.
Read a tape measure and caliper.
Ability to read/write/communicate in English.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Self starter who works effectively without close supervision.

Nice To Haves

One year of production experience or similar in carpentry or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred.
High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities
