About The Position

INNOVIM is seeking an ACAS Administrator to support the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) on the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II). This role is based in Colorado Springs, CO, and requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility. The position is a day shift role and is not remote.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
  • 2 years or more of directly related experience
  • 4 years or more of general work experience
  • Experience setting up, performing, and analyzing vulnerability scans with Tenable
  • Knowledge of information technology systems security software, hardware, cloud, and server-client suites
  • Must meet Requirements outlined in DoDM 8140.03 for System Administrator (451)

Responsibilities

  • Support policy development and decision-making related to the organization's cybersecurity framework by identifying potential cybersecurity risks, effectively communicating concerns, and recommending solutions to enhance security measures within the strategic plan.
  • Maintain and improve the organization's ACAS infrastructure, ensuring the implementation and ongoing operation of security systems and protocols that safeguard critical information technology resources.
  • Review and implement security strategies for hardware, software, and network platforms, ensuring robust protection against cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and potential intrusions that could compromise sensitive data or systems.
  • Generate and deliver detailed reports on ACAS compliance, cybersecurity posture, and system performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders in IT and security teams.
  • Act as a central point of knowledge-sharing and communication, providing training and awareness programs on the organization's security protocols, ensuring a consistent understanding of best practices across teams.
  • Conduct assessments of existing cybersecurity protocols within ACAS systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades or new solutions to strengthen the organization's cybersecurity defenses.
  • Proactively perform risk assessments of current network hardware, software, and data delivery mechanisms to identify vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, and ensure the security and stability of the organization's infrastructure.
