This role focuses on developing treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging, supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent, high-quality care, collaborating with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth, and delivering evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
- Experience developing treatment plans
- Experience collaborating with families
- Experience delivering evidence-based therapy
Nice To Haves
- Mentorship of RBTs
- Supervision of assigned trainees
- Pursuing Master’s in ABA (for RBTs being mentored)
- Collaboration with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute
- Training in Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training
