Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
- Experience developing treatment plans
- Experience collaborating with families
- Experience delivering evidence-based therapy
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a play-focused environment
- Mentorship of RBTs pursuing Master's in ABA
- Supervision of assigned trainees
- Experience with Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training
- Collaboration with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute
