This job is responsible for collaborating with Academy teammates to support the successful design, financial management, and administration of mid-size to large-scale products and programs, and ensuring the end-to-end completeness of all outputs. Key responsibilities include delivering on the day-to-day activities of the Academy by managing material, people, process, and/or technical changes, ad-hoc analytics and results reporting. Job expectations include evaluating existing products and programs for effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement. Candidates for this role will be responsible for leveraging and analyzing data analytics to drive business performance across the Consumer Academy. The role will require the ability to develop executive-ready analyses and operational improvement initiatives that help leaders improve associate productivity, quality, and business outcomes. Responsibilities will include partnering with Academy leaders, reporting partners, and business stakeholders to identify emerging needs, establish reporting and data quality standards, create executive presentations, and build scalable processes that support informed decision-making. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between Academy, line-of-business leaders, and support functions to ensure workforce readiness, strengthen performance outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and enable successful adoption of new technologies, including AI-driven capabilities.
