In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Associate Superintendent and Academic Team while coordinating curriculum, assessment, accreditation, professional development, and other district academic initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, proactive, and committed to supporting our mission through exceptional service.

Requirements

  • A Christian role model in attitude, speech, action
  • Agree with Cascade Christian Schools' Teaching Statements and Statement of Faith
  • Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three or more years of progressively responsible administrative support experience.
  • Experience in education or a school district is preferred.
  • Experience managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational, communication, project management, and technology skills.
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and coordinating multiple priorities is preferred.
  • CPR Certified
  • Complete a successful background check

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain district-wide academic data, assessment reports, and historical achievement records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for school leadership, board meetings, accreditation, and strategic planning.
  • Support district accreditation efforts by maintaining documentation, tracking timelines, coordinating evidence collection, and assisting with accreditation reporting.
  • Manage district curriculum resources, including curriculum mapping, instructional materials, ordering, inventories, digital subscriptions, and vendor communications.
  • Provide training and support for curriculum mapping to new teachers and instructional leaders.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating district professional development, including registrations, materials, scheduling, attendance tracking, and event logistics.
  • Manage teacher clock hour programs, maintain certification records, and prepare required documentation for state reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for instructional leadership teams by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and organizing shared resources.
  • Support district academic initiatives while maintaining accurate records, organized systems, and effective communication across campuses.
