The part-time Academic Program Assistant works up to 15-20 hours per week and is responsible for assisting the Associate Dean for Curriculum Innovation and Teaching Excellence and the Academic Program Assistant with event support, completing official function forms, coordinating catering, creation of marketing and video materials, working on Excel documents, and other special projects. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required
  • Applicants must be reliable, trustworthy, proactive, detail-oriented, and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
