About The Position

The Division of Neonatology at Connecticut Children’s has an opening for experienced, full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible neonatologists with an established academic focus in clinical, basic, translational, or educational research. Current areas of interest include inflammation/microbiome, epidemiology/outcomes, AI, neurosciences, and lung development/lung injury. Applicants with other areas of interest are also encouraged to apply. Research support is commensurate with experience and current or potential extramural funding. Connecticut Children’s has an accredited Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship consisting of three fellows per year. The Division of Neonatology participates in the Children's Hospital Neonatal Consortium (CHNC), a group of 46 Level IV centers across the U.S. and Canada serving to optimize clinical outcomes.
