About The Position

The mission of the University of Austin is to prepare thoughtful and ethical innovators, builders, leaders, public servants, and citizens through open inquiry and civil civil discourse. UATX is seeking an academic leadership coordinator to support the Provost. As an academic leadership coordinator, you will assist with calendar management, travel accommodations, event planning, and meeting follow-ups. In addition, you will also play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the academic division by offering reliable logistical and administrative support that keeps daily functions running efficiently.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and special projects
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Track deadlines, priorities, and follow-up tasks to support executive decision-making
