About The Position
This position is full-time, 30 hours per week. Legacy Charter Academy, located in Detroit, MI, opened in 2010 and serves students K-8. At Legacy, you can connect passion and purpose. The academy academically outperforms local districts and is supported by an experienced leadership team. It ensures a safe learning environment with internal and external cameras and utilizes the Dean support model.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid teacher license or meet alternative requirements in the state you are applying.
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of teaching experience, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Offer coaching through weekly classroom observations and one-on-one meetings to a team of teachers.
- Provide frequent feedback and evaluations that help educators grow and excel in the classroom.
