About The Position

We are seeking Academic Coaches to support High School students in a range of STEM subjects. This role offers consistent hours with recurring weekly 1-on-1 sessions in private offices at our facility. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team environment, with paid training and shadowing opportunities. This is a W-2 employment position.

Requirements

• Ability to explain academic content clearly and engagingly.
• Enjoy building relationships and helping students gain confidence.
• Currently attending or graduated from a 4-year university.
• Available 15+ hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Sundays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ACT, SAT, and ISEE test preparation.

Responsibilities

• Support High School students in a range of STEM subjects, including AP Chemistry, AP Physics, AP Calculus BC, and AP Stats.
• Provide 1-on-1 tutoring sessions.
• Engage students in a clear and engaging manner.
• Build relationships with students and help them gain confidence.
