About The Position

We are seeking Academic Coaches to support High School students in a range of STEM subjects. This role involves consistent, recurring weekly 1-on-1 sessions held in private offices at our facility. We offer a supportive and collaborative team environment, paid training, and W-2 employment status. Our session hours are Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 9:30 PM, and Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Requirements

• Excel at explaining academic content in a clear, engaging way.
• Love building relationships and helping students gain confidence.
• Attending or have graduated from a 4-year university.
• Available 15+ hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Sundays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ACT, SAT, ISEE test preparation.

Responsibilities

• Support High School students in a range of STEM subjects, including AP Chemistry, AP Physics, AP Calculus BC, and AP Stats.
• Provide test preparation for ACT, SAT, and ISEE.
• Conduct 1-on-1 tutoring sessions.
• Explain academic content in a clear and engaging way.
• Build relationships with students and help them gain confidence.
