Supporting more than 30,000 students and 1,700 faculty members, this position coordinates the production and maintenance of the University’s published class schedules for Fall, Spring, and Summer terms. Working within the Office of the Registrar, this role requires independent judgment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex scheduling systems in real time. From aligning classroom assignments with enrollment demand to coordinating major campus events and final exams, the Coordinator ensures academic and event scheduling operations run accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with university policy.
