About The Position
The Department of Pathology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking to recruit an academic breast pathologist at the Assistant - Attending level. This role offers the opportunity to practice breast pathology within a unique professional environment that emphasizes a multidisciplinary team approach to personalized patient care with cutting-edge diagnostic and treatment modalities. The position involves diagnostic services in breast pathology, collaborative patient care and translational research efforts with breast disease management teams, and teaching breast pathology to fellows and students. There are ample opportunities for collaborative research, including work with digital pathology and machine learning experts on novel technologies and AI model development in breast pathology.
Requirements
- Board eligible or certified in Anatomic Pathology.
- Completed a breast pathology fellowship and/or focused practice on breast pathology in an academic setting for at least 5 years.
