About The Position

This person will serve as the primary academic support for the Office of Life Long Learning’s (LLL) Distance Education Support Services (DESS) unit at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience.

  • Office specific applications of Form Assembly, Salesforce, Canvas, etc. will be taught.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the office which includes answering the office phone, replying to emails via Salesforce and Outlook, and communicating with DESS team.
  • Maintains applicant files such as transcript records both physical and electronic, as well as assisting with data entry.
  • Assists with scheduling activities, such as appointments and meetings.
  • Supports the DESS team with the application review process by completing weekly applicant checklists.
  • Assists with phone outreach for the online graduate programs in the College of Pharmacy. Duties include but are not limited to telephone recruitment calls and messaging through the Mongoose system.
  • Execute other duties as assigned to support DESS staff and the mission of the Office of LLL.
