About The Position

NAYA Family Center is seeking a creative, organized, and youth-centered Academic and Enrichment Coordinator to join our Youth and Education Services team. You'll coordinate daily programming, build relationships with schools and community partners, support youth goal plans, and help create a welcoming, culturally responsive environment where young people are encouraged to learn, grow, and thrive. If you're someone who enjoys working with youth, organizing engaging programs, building community partnerships, and creating opportunities for young people to connect with their culture and reach their goals, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
