This position, Academic Advisor reporting to the Associate Director of Academic Advising, advises undergraduate students concerning the academic requirements for their chosen program. This position is responsible for assisting with courses election and the course registration process. This position provides information on and refers students to university resources that can assist in meeting their needs or solving problems; communicates accurate and timely information and interprets institutional, core, and major requirements. This position will play a vital role in maximizing student retention by building relationships with students. There are five open Academic Advisor positions. Two in The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, Two in The Lesley H. and William L. Collins College of Professional Studies and one in The Center for Student Success. Only one application is needed.
