The specialist will assist teachers with data retrieval and analysis, collaborate on disaggregated achievement data, and maintain electronic databases for tracking at-risk students. Responsibilities include identifying students for intervention programs, monitoring their progress, and coordinating intervention strategies. The role also involves working with the administrative team on Grade Placement Committee meetings, providing information for student intervention teams, and collaborating with staff to engage parents of at-risk students. Attendance at professional development and district meetings is required, along with sharing information and providing training to campus personnel on data usage. Additional duties may include assisting with testing and serving on campus committees.
