About The Position

This is a sales-first role focused on supporting spouses and dependents of existing Medicare clients. You will work directly with warm, high-intent opportunities — not cold ACA leads — and play a key role in helping us build and improve how ACA is handled internally as we grow. Elite Insurance Partners (EIP) is a rapidly growing, nationally recognized insurance brokerage headquartered in Tampa, Florida. We represent 30+ top-rated carriers and specialize in Medicare, Life, ACA, and supplemental health products. As our Medicare division continues to scale, we are expanding our ability to support full households, ensuring spouses and dependents receive the same high-quality guidance as our Medicare clients.

Requirements

  • Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Annuities License
  • Proven ACA production experience (ability to consistently enroll and close business)
  • Deep understanding of subsidies, SEP/OE rules, and eligibility
  • Strong communication skills and ability to guide client conversations confidently
  • Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL

Nice To Haves

  • Working with multiple ACA carriers
  • Background in high-volume or high-performance sales environments
  • Exposure to mentoring, training, or improving team processes
  • Experience supporting Medicare households or cross-selling from Medicare
  • Top producer or consistently high-performing ACA sales background

Responsibilities

  • Advise and enroll clients into ACA marketplace plans based on eligibility and needs
  • Work primarily with spouses and dependents of Medicare clients
  • Explain subsidies, SEP/OE rules, and coverage options in a clear, consultative way
  • Maintain a high close rate with warm, referral-driven opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly enrollment targets
  • Partner with Medicare agents to support full household coverage needs
  • Ensure a smooth experience when transitioning clients into ACA plans
  • Identify opportunities to improve retention and overall household value
  • Help refine scripts, workflows, and best practices for ACA enrollments
  • Share feedback on what’s working and where processes can improve
  • Support future training or onboarding efforts as the ACA function grows
